The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities I needed. The air conditioning was very good and the curtains kept out any sunlight I didn't want. I truly appreciated having a dedicated parking spot. The location of the apartment was so central that I was easily able to travel all over the area. Communication with the host ahead of my visit was easy. Definitely recommend this place!

I loved staying in this historic property in a nice neighborhood near downtown. An old home has been turned into four apartments. I’m guessing this is the nicest one because it is the front of the house on the upstairs, with lots of windows. I was very comfortable and enjoyed walking in the neighborhood.

This unit is well located.. easy to get into downtown and to/from the airport. It's a perfect size for one to two people. It was clean, well stocked, and the owner was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend it.

Charming apartment in a great location. Easy to visit my college kid at NC State. Loved staying here and hope to be back!
